We know how to represent light and sound but not smell, taste, and touch, probably because the former two involve a small number of physical sensors while the latter a large number of chemical/biological compounds/processes.

A crumpled paper bag caught my attention, which later I found out to be a good drawing exercise.

The pug (sitting for a friend) appears to be sleeping all the time; I don’t know how that is biologically possible but it did make a good deadline companion.

An acquaintance who has known me for a very long time told me that this photo reminded him of me, which inspired me to create a simple motion graphics.
Tonight I finished an entire sketch book (Strathmore, 11×14, medium, 50 sheets) mostly for practicing visual analysis of human postures.
To be honest, I am still not sure what I am doing, but I plan to keep on the progress.
In a meeting few days ago a colleague was sitting alone in a conference room, which, due to camera angle, appeared much deeper than it really is. We joked to the colleague that he looked like a dictator sitting at the end of a long table, and he immediately moved closer to the camera.
Every flower is a unique wonder if we care to observe.
