Publish at least 4 papers in top graphics/HCI venues: ToG (including SIGGRAPH and SIGGRAPH Asia), CHI, UIST.
Build top products
Ship at least one product no later than October 2016 and have at least 1 million users by June 2017.
Develop top talents
Help at least 4 students publish in top graphics/HCI venues individually.
Teach a class on machine learning and receive at least 80 percent rating.
Graduate my first HKU PhD student (supposed to have happened already but he is too happy and doing too well with internships).
