The pug (sitting for a friend) appears to be sleeping all the time; I don’t know how that is biologically possible but it did make a good deadline companion.

I am amazed by how oaks can bear a lot of seeds (acorns), grow large/fast everywhere without needing much water.
This straight-edged head relief on a 2016 1-euro coin made for a good quick drawing exercise.

Living with my grandparents during kindergarten, one day after school, we found the house broken in, with the dog dead on the ground, poisoned, and my grandfather’s books scattered all over the place.
I don’t remember the dog’s appearance, but his dead posture looks like this lying dog drawing by Johannes Tavenraat which I referenced.
