I highly recommend this documentary, about a world renowned sushi chef achieving perfectionism. I agree with a lot of what he said, many of which are applicable for any profession.

Just read your blog for the first time today and saw this post. We actually watched this movie last week and loved it! However people with the kind of work ethics might not be able to thrive nowadays given the lack of taste/class in the general public.
